The Story So Far...
Welcome to The Philosophic Trader—a no-BS hub for options trading mindset development, recovery and progress.
I'm a former mentee of The Institute of Trading and Portfolio Managment (ITPM) under Raj Malhotra, sharing unfiltered lessons from my 70% portfolio drawdown after 12 weeks of direct mentoring and approx. 8 months of trading (2024).
Our Approach
We're pulling life philosophy... hard, into our stock options trading examination. We look at metaphor, allegory and story driven narrative as a more preferred method of supporting our goals, not so different from a keystone used to hold together the archway you see over to the right.
Drawing from some of life's most intriguing activities:
- Ferrari engineering for mental and emotional understanding like you've never seen before
- Taekwondo for distance and timing of striking and evading an opponent (the market)
- Drumming for dynamics and volatility (with side serving of timing as well)
- Military tactics for discipline and mentorship fully encompassed
