(When I'm Usually Active on Socials)

Currently, I'm a full-time worker and family man sharing this recovery journey on the side, so live availability is limited.  As your support grows, transitioning to this full time becomes a strong possibility.  

I usually check and reply to comments/DMs/emails:

- Weekdays: Evenings after 9 PM EST (post-work unwind)

- Weekends: Mornings/afternoons for deeper chats

Starting soon: 30 min daily lives ~9:30 PM EST -- Looking at doing lives and comment replies simultaneously.  As the support grows, my time in the live seat will increase.
